At Royalex, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used perfumes or opened items
  • Minor differences in packaging/design

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email
  2. Share order details + product issue photos
  3. Our team will review and guide you

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved, you can choose:
    ✔ Replacement product
    ✔ Refund (bank transfer)
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective → Royalex pays shipping
  • Otherwise → customer bears shipping cost

6. Important Note (Perfumes)

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

  • Slight variation in scent or performance is subjective
  • Returns will not be accepted based on personal preference
